TERMS AND CONDITIONS

VOID OUTSIDE THE U.S. AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Offer Timing and Description

The Archway™ $5 Rebate Offer (the “Offer”) begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on January 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 15, 2025 or while supplies last, whichever occurs first (“Offer Period”). Offer claims must be received by November 15, 2025.

Participants must purchase ONE (1) bag of Archway™ dog food or dog treats (“Qualifying Purchase”) and receive $5 (“Offer Item”) after submitting the required information and pending verification (as further described below). All purchases must occur in the same transaction and be on the same receipt. Qualifying Purchase must be the full retail price and excludes discounts or coupons. Maximum THREE (3) claims per person during the Offer Period. Limit ONE (1) rebate per receipt and submission.

2. How to Receive an Offer Item

Eligible participants may receive their Offer Item by completing the following steps:

1. Complete a Qualifying Purchase during the Offer Period.
2. Submit your receipt and required information at archwaypet.com/rebates
3. Choose to receive your rebate via Venmo or prepaid Mastercard®.
4. Upon verification, you will be sent $5 via the selected method within fifteen (15) business days.

3. Sponsor

Sponsor: Cricket Hill Inc., a Delaware corporation.

4. Eligibility

This Offer is open only to legal residents of the states listed above who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. This Offer is not available to groups or organizations. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Cricket Hill Inc., its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, as well as their immediate families and household members, are not eligible.

5. Requirements and Restrictions

• Participants must have a valid Venmo or prepaid Mastercard® account to receive an Offer Item.
• No substitution or cash equivalent of an Offer Item is allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as required by law.
• Offer valid on qualifying purchases made during the Offer Period, with receipts submitted online by 11/15/25.
• Sponsor reserves the right to reject any Offer claim, receipt, or submission due to fraud concerns or misuse.
• Offer may not be combined with any other rebate, coupon, or promotion.

6. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Cricket Hill Inc. from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Offer or use of the rebate.

7. Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

8. Privacy

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
