Our warehouse crew moves fast (they’re motivated by treats, too). You’ll get an email the second your order is placed, and another the second it ships, so you’ll know exactly when to start watching out the window.

Starting a return is easy: email woof@archwaypet.com and we’ll send you the address plus everything else you need. Just make sure it’s postmarked within 30 days of your purchase, in new condition, with the original packaging. Once it lands with us, we’ll take a look and process your refund or exchange within 7 business days, then shoot you an email to confirm. Refunds usually show up on your card within 1–2 billing cycles.
